The entrusted operation and maintenance for power plant are our main business. We have successively managed more than 10 power plants. We are currently managing 6 projects, including 20 units in 9 power plants with the installed capacity 200.1MW. Our business is mainly distributed in Yunnan and Zhejiang.
Zhejiang Qingtian Sanxikou Power Plant with the installed capacity 3*33.33MW and bulb tubular unit is the largest hydropower plant to which we have provided the operation and maintenance services.
We have successively undertaken the operation and maintenance management for Zhejiang Taishun Sanchaoxi Second Level Power Plant, Yunnan Yunxian Nanhe First Level Hydropower Plant, Yunnan Jinping Dazhaihe Third Level Power Plant, Yunnan Yuanyang Fengchunling Cascade Hydropower Plant, Yunnan Yuanyang Yangxihe Cascade Hydropower Plant, Yunnan Honghe Halonghe First Level Hydropower Plant, Zhejiang Changshan Furong Hydropower Plant, Zhejiang Hangzhou Qingshan Reservoir Power Plant, Yunnan Pingbian Sanchahe Hydropower Plant, Yunnan Yuanyang Mafeihe Hydropower Plant and Qingtian Sanxikou Hydropower Plant.
Entrusted by Taishun Sanchaxi Second Level Hydropower Plant Co., Ltd., we have taken charge of operation and maintenance management for Zhejiang Taishun Sanchaxi Second Level Power Plant since 2008.
Entrusted by Yunnan Yunxian Asia Pasic Investment Real Estate Co., Ltd., we successfully organized the unit start-up, commissioning, operation preparations, routine operation and maintenance management and staff’s technical training for Yunnan Lincang Yunxian Nanhe First Level Hydropower Plant (2×20MW, vertical mixed flow type and water head 70m) from 2009 to 2010.
Entrusted by Yunnan Jinping Kanghong Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., we successfully organized the unit start-up, commissioning, operation preparations, operation and maintenance management, project final account preparation, project single-item acceptance and completion acceptance for Yunnan Jinping Dazhaihe Third Level Power Plant (3×5MW, horizontal impact type, water head 500 m) from 2008 to 2012.
Entrusted by Yunnan Yuanyang Fuyuan Power Development Co., Ltd., we have successively undertaken Fengchunling Third Level Power Plant (2×6.3MW, horizontal mixed flow type), Fengchunling First Level Power Plant (2×6.6MW+2×400MW, horizontal impact type +horizontal mixed flow type) and Fengchunling Second Level Power Plant (2×5MW horizontal mixed flow type) projects since 2010. We have provided one-package services of electromechanical equipment installation, commissioning and operation management, excellently completed the electromechanical equipment installation and commissioning tasks and have successfully organized the unit start, commissioning, operation preparations, operation and maintenance management. Up to June 2014, the cascade power plant had been fully completed and put into operation with the total installed capacity 36.6MW.
Entrusted by Yunnan Yuanyang Hongyuan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., we have successively undertaken the operation and maintenance management for Yangxihe Third Level Power Plant (3×3.5MW, horizontal impact type, water head 360 m) and Yangxihe Second Level Power Plant (2×6.5MW, horizontal impact type, water head 400 m) since April 2012. We have provided one-package services of electromechanical equipment installation, commissioning and operation management, have excellently completed the electromechanical equipment installation and have successfully organized the unit start, commissioning, operation preparations, operation and maintenance management. There are totally 4 planned cascade power plants along the Yangxihe, with a total installed capacity 35.5MW. Yangxihe Third Level Power Plant was put into operation in July 2012 and Yangxihe Second Level Power Plant was put into operation in May 2016. The units of 23.5 MW have been completed and put into operation.
Entrusted by Honghe Woyuan Power Development Co., Ltd., we undertook the operation and maintenance management of Halonghe First Level Power Plant (2×2.5MW, horizontal impact type, water head 328 m) and successfully organized the unit start, commissioning, operation preparations, operation and maintenance management from May 2016 to April 2018. The power plant successfully operated in connection with the power grid.
Entrusted by Changshan Furong Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., we have undertaken the operation and maintenance management for Changshan Furong Hydropower Plant (2×8MW, horizontal mixed flow type, water head 116m) since 2017.
We won the bidding for the entrusted operation and maintenance project of Hangzhou Qingshan Reservoir Power Plant (4×0.63MW+1×0.4MW, horizontal mixed flow type, water head 10.5m+ horizontal tubular axial extension type, water head 9.2 m) and provided high-quality operation and maintenance services from March 2018 to April 2019.
We signed the agreement on operation and maintenance management for Yunnan Yuanyang Mafeihe Hydropower Plant in April 2019. We are making the preliminary preparations now.
We signed the agreement on the entrusted operation and maintenance management for Zhejing Sankouxi Hydropower Plant in August 2019. We have taken over the project and carried out work normally.
