At present, there are three ongoing projects, involving a total of 4 power stations and 10 generating units with a total installed capacity of 199MW. The business is mainly distributed in Laos and Yunnan.

The Fourth-level Hydropower Station of LaoWo River in Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture (2×12.5MW, vertical mixed-flow, water head 175m) has been under operation and maintenance management by our company since May 2020. It has been awarded the title of "Green Small Hydropower Demonstration Station" by the Ministry of Water Resources in 2023.

The second-level hydropower station of Duduluo River in Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture (3×20MW, vertical mixed-flow, water head 600m) will be operated by our company starting from April 1, 2024, with 5 maintenance personnel dispatched by our company.

The Nam San 3A Hydropower Station in Xiangkhouang Province of Laos (2×34.5MW, vertical impulse type, water head 698m), and the Nam San 3B Hydropower Station in Xiangkhouang Province of Laos (3×15MW, vertical mixed-flow type, water head 298m) have been operated and maintained by our company since March 1, 2020.

Brief introduction of each operation and maintenance project of hydropower stations:

From 2008 to 2011, entrusted by Taishun County Sanchaxi Secondary Hydropower Co., Ltd., our company was responsible for the operation and maintenance management of Sanchaxi Second-level Hydropower Station in Taishun County, Zhejiang Province (with an installed capacity of 2×4MW, vertical mixed-flow type, head of 27m. The project hub consists of a concrete gravity dam <with 5 holes of 10*6-meter radial gates>, a power generation diversion tunnel, a power generation plant building, a step-up substation, and a 110kV outgoing transmission line, etc., with a maximum discharge flow of 3110 cubic meters per second) for three years. It was responsible for the operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment, reservoirs, hydraulic structures, and gates in the whole plant. Since 2011, it has been responsible for equipment maintenance.

From 2009 to 2010, entrusted by Yunnan Yunxian Asia-Pacific Investment Property Co., Ltd., our company successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning as well as the pre-operation preparations for Nanhe First-level Hydropower Station in Yunxian, Lincang City, Yunnan Province (with an installed capacity of 2×20MW, vertical mixed-flow type, head of 70m, a total reservoir capacity of 11.52 million cubic meters. The project hub consists of a concrete arch dam <with 2 holes of 10×8-meter radial gates>, a power generation diversion tunnel, a power generation plant building, a step-up substation, and a 110kV outgoing transmission line, etc., with a maximum discharge flow of 1458 cubic meters per second). It was responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment, hydraulic structures, and gates in the whole plant as well as the technical training of employees.

From June 2008 to June 2012, entrusted by Yunnan JingPing KangHong Hydroelectric Developmengt Co., Ltd., our company successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning, pre-operation preparations, operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment and hydraulic structures in the whole plant, preparation of project final accounts, single-project acceptance and completion acceptance of Dazhaihe Third-level Power Station in Jinping County, Yunnan Province (with an installed capacity of 3×5MW, horizontal impulse type, head of 500m and 110kV outgoing transmission).

From October 2010 to December 2022, entrusted by Yunnan Yuanyang Fuyuan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., our company successively undertook the projects of Fengchunling Third-level Power Station (2×6.3MW, horizontal mixed-flow), Fengchunling First-level Power Station (2×6.6MW + 2×0.4MW, horizontal impulse + horizontal mixed-flow), and Fengchunling Second-level Power Station (2×5MW horizontal mixed-flow). It provided one-stop services from installation, commissioning to operation management of mechanical and electrical equipment. It excellently completed the installation and commissioning tasks of mechanical and electrical equipment, successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning, pre-operation preparations, and operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment and hydraulic structures in the whole plant. In June 2014, the cascade power stations have all been completed and put into operation, with a total installed capacity of 3.66MW and 110kV outgoing transmission. We successfully organized the whole process of special project acceptance, preparation of final accounts for completion, and completion acceptance.

From April 2012 to December 2022, entrusted by Yunnan Yuanyang Hongyuan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., our company successively undertook the operation and maintenance management of Yangxihe Third-level Power Station (3×3.5MW, horizontal impulse, head of 360m) and Yangxihe Second-level Power Station (2×6.5MW, horizontal impulse, head of 400m). It provided one-stop services from installation, commissioning to operation management of mechanical and electrical equipment. It excellently completed the installation and commissioning tasks of mechanical and electrical equipment, successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning, pre-operation preparations, and operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment and hydraulic structures in the whole plant. Yangxihe cascade is planned to have three power stations in total, with a total installed capacity of 35.5MW and 110kV outgoing transmission. Yangxihe Third-level Power Station was put into operation in July 2012, and Yangxihe Second-level Power Station was put into operation in May 2016. We successfully organized the whole process of special project acceptance, preparation of final accounts for completion, and completion acceptance.

From April 2016 to May 2018, entrusted by Honghe County Woyuan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., our company undertook the operation and maintenance management of Halonghe First-level Power Station (2×2.5MW, horizontal impulse type, head of 328m). It successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning, pre-operation preparations, and the operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment and hydraulic structures in the whole plant. In May 2016, it was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation.

From April 2018 to May 2019, our company won the bid for the operation and maintenance management of Qingshan Reservoir Hydropower Station in Hangzhou (4*0.63MW vertical axial-flow fixed-pitch + 1*0.4MW tubular type). The equipment has been running stably and the quality of overhaul and maintenance is good.

From May 2019 to June 2023, entrusted by Yuanyang Wanyuan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., our company undertook the operation and maintenance management of Mafeihe Second-level Hydropower Station (2×8MW, horizontal impulse type, head of 560m). It successfully organized the unit start-up and commissioning, pre-operation preparations, and the operation and maintenance management of all mechanical and electrical equipment and hydraulic structures in the whole plant. In June 2020, it was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

From January 2021 to January 2024, our company undertook the entrusted operation projects of seven power stations of State Power Investment Corporation: Sanchahe Hydropower Station in Pingbian County (2×11.5MW, vertical mixed-flow, head of 65m), Xinqiaohe Hydropower Station (2×1.7MW, horizontal mixed-flow), Nanmenxia First-level Hydropower Station in Jinping County (2×2.5MW, horizontal mixed-flow, head of 141m), Qimaba Hydropower Station in Luchun County (3×6.3MW, horizontal mixed-flow, head of 215m), Huanglianshan First-level Hydropower Station (2×3.2MW, horizontal impulse, head of 318m), Huanglianshan Second-level Hydropower Station (2×3.5MW, horizontal impulse, head of 330m), and Liushahe First-level Hydropower Station in Menghai County (2×6.3MW, vertical mixed-flow, head of 58m). The total installed capacity is 76.3MW.
