There are more than 130 staff in our company now, including more than 90 technical management staff, 5 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 5 senior technicians and 5 assistant engineers. At present, our staff are in reasonable age structure, and mostly are young people at the age of 20 – 40 and full of vigor and vitality. Ten of our staff have the bachelor’s degree, 20 of our staff have certificates of junior college and more than 60 of our staff have certificates of technical secondary school (polytechnical school). All employed technicians have relevant certificates.
